those chain tensions actually look ok
those chain tensions actually look ok
2nd tuesday of the month means i have an insurance meeting to attend. im going to try and make it tonight but it's not 100% that i'll be there.
huph, did you end up watching the fights last night?
i have a gatorskin on the rear and like it..but i don't skid much
a lot of people use vittoria randonneurs. they last a long time but the down sides are they weigh 500 grams (heavier than my rim) and after a lot of skids the profile tends to square off, so cornering may feel weird.
oh yeah, you can pump them up past the 70psi recommended
yeah huph, this is the guy i thought you were telling me about.
word
when is al leaving?
are we going to have a goodbye bbq or ride or what?
holler
al and brent, when are you guys outta here?
skyline was not even as hard as i thought it was going to be...glad we rode up it.
everyone needs to stop posting in the other taco tuesday threads.
what's up for tomorrow's ride?
i'm out this week. next week i'll be back
kill the hills!
paint that wheel black already
if you need more half links, let me know. i have more.
quote from tones:
"i ride my bike the way i ride my bike and i have never once had anyone come up to me and lecture me about proper pack etiquette."
i think that may be your problem right there. no one has bothered to teach you bike etiquette before. and from what i heard even your friends were saying sorry to people on your behalf for your bad behavior that night.
hey tones, news flash: people in every city and county get confrontational, even in your beloved san francisco.
i was just mess'n with you.
are the lockrings you're making aluminum or steel?
fugg....now i know, my bad.
on another note, can i borrow a phil bottom bracket tool for about an hour?
haha
does this mean you'll be giving back my d-a lockring soon?
really it depends on what your hub is. converted or track hub? english, italian or french threaded?
assuming it's an english threaded track hub then everyone is correct, dura-ace is the way to go. king's in seal beach may have them but i don't know if that's local for you.
or you can just order one online and pay for overnight shipping.
i think michelle and i are just going to cruise to the show from orange....so we'll see you all there
we didn't see them at amoeba but we definitely saw them at the el rey last year. they even had arj barker (dave) open up for them. good times!
not going to make it tonight. just got back from the lafixed swapmeet and am headed to the oc fair.
h0tanf, i'll see you on tuesday night!
i think tanner will be rocking the carbon and gears tonight.
i'm going to try and make it.
