Kenny van Hummel Tribute Ride Part II & III
OC Geared homies, I'm gonna be in the OC for a week and I'm bringing the carbonber so let's all put some nutbutter on our taints and go for a ride.
I can ride both on Sunday the 10th and Saturday the 16th. I suggest the following routes but if someone has other ideas for routes (with hills of course), let's hear it.

When: Sunday Jan 10th, 9:30am
Where: Orange Circle
Route: 59 miles clockwise
What: Kenny Van Hummel Tribute Ride Part III
When: Saturday Jan 16th, 9:30am
Where: Orange Circle
Route: 59 miles counter clockwise (should be a little harder)

Lion: We'll stop halfway at the gas station in Laguna Beach. Ride is all geared. You can try fixed, but you'll get dropped quick. However, you should be able to do the counter clockwise router for the first half. It's semi flat and could be fun fixed.

I couldn't really do roger's session cause I lead the pole line group during those sessions with Colt and Jesse. Open Training could be fun :D

Might get the SL next year, heard nothing but good things about it.
Yeah, it's a badass bike. But so weird, looks like they wont even offer them in XL (I did test ride on a L, which was too small). One shop said that Giant hadn't put in any PO's yet for the XL. Not sure what that means but they were gonna try again next week.
I'm in for the 10th, El Toro rd sucks traffic wise down by the laguna hills mall but I am down either way.
