can bolt cutters cut u lock?

I mean, I know that any lock can be cut, but like which one is most durable

I was thinking of getting the master lock u lock at city grounds on sale

http://store.citygrounds.com/store/product/1844/Fusion-KeyedU-Lock-Master-Lock/

or is a kryptonite better? let me know, is it worth the money?

also can that thing thats attached to it to hold the lock be attached to an aluminum bike's seat tube  (e.g. bianchi pista concept)

From what Ive heard, a good u-lock would require a grinder to break off. A poor quality u-lock can be unlocked with simple tools (ex. Bic Pen). Also, dont get too big of a u-lock because there are easy ways to break those as well.

As for the lock you're looking to buy. Id say if you ride a Bianchi Pista Concept; spend the $30 it would cost for a good u-lock (bulldog/kryptonite) so you dont have to worry about it getting stolen. Also, I doubt the holder would fit on the bikes seat tube (also it would look ugly). Try putting the lock in your bag or on your belt.

thank you frank.

I checked out discovery today and they had some bulldogs, im still deciding on bull dogs or kryponites though , or I can just save 20 bucks and buy a cheap master u lock for 13. but the price i pay is the quality i get.

they say if they can be cut, they will say you $1215 . I don't know if its real or not because you can just fake it.

I'm rocking the Bulldog mini. Good quality lock, equal or greater than the Kryptonite Mini Evo (I've used my friends for about a month prior) and cheaper.
Masterlocks are kinda cheap quality IMO.

A Carver surfboard rack would fit no problem and you can get one anywhere Electra bikes are sold.
