So I recently bought this nice little disc on ebay just because it was cheap and apparently no one else wanted it,
but the only problem is it is for a singlspeed.

I've been looking on the internet for a few hours and it seems that The only option that is really seems I have is loctite & a right hand thread BB lock ring.

Also, I would rather sell it and find something else than put a brake on.

has anyone rode brakeless with this set up/ know of anything that works better?

I would probably use the strongest loctite on both the cog and lockring and just choose the cog size very carefully. ha.

worst advice ever given.

Honestly would you trust hardware or some glue?

take Matt's (smiff) advice.  Take it to a guy who knows how to fabricate and get something built on

+1
Don't glue it, it will come off. If you do just glue it, make sure to put a brake on your bike.
Also, make sure you really want to ride a disc before spending more money on it.

In my opinion finding a shop, going, getting all the shenanigans done etc is not along the lines of "rushing".

I would rather have a disc that I paid a considerable amount less for than people are paying for velocities, and put a little work in to it.

so how about the name of that fab shop

and why a dingle?
just so I'd have 2 different cog sizes seeing as it would be welded on there forever?
