@mattgrimes: its all in the crank and the lean back. if youre doing it right, you should be able to wheelie with no hands.

I'm starting to get it,
I just have to push down as each foot goes around every time and I am getting the feel.
Now it's getting into the balance business.
and I think my seat might be too skinny (it's a track seat) to do no hand guy's
cause when I do barspins without my back foot clipped, or those kick spin things (where your barspin by kicking the wheel with your foot) I kind of have to throw my body to get the bike up.
I don't know though, I guess we'll find out.
oh and what are those things called where you go in a straight line going backwards and then you skid your front wheel to turn around forward?
and what's a "prolly"

prolly is the layman's term for probably. generally used by the lazy or the uneducated and has become readily used through the turn of the century. scientist blame the textual communication for this term.
Turn around skid is called a slider, and prolly spin is a wheelie spin that you pedal into riding forward. These terms are all very technical and are considered very serious business.

very serious business indeed
the man who started it all
KEO himself
I think my issue with the wheelies is my straight bars. I'm too far forward on the bike so its hard to hold.
I've been trying no handed wheelies today and I'm better at those than with hands. but when the wheel starts to spin around and I reach to grab the bars to stop it, the bike drops.
conclusion: I have to get ugly riser bars
you have to man up and not lean forward to catch the bars, you gotta just let them do their own thing while you get down on no handed wheelies
ill help with the whips don
when you guys keo, do you get the bike up with your outside foot (left foot if going CCW, right foot if CW) or insider foot (right foot for CCW, left foot for CW)
I used to do them with my inside foot, but was never very good. And I just watched a couple videos and noticed 3 out of 4 people who were doing 720's+ did it with the outside foot. Just curious on what you guys did/thought worked better for you. I've never tried the outside foot, but it seems harder because my right foot is the one I always use to lift the bike up, never the left.
