they were at the lab and some guy came up to tyler and he said he was from sf. then he asked tyler if he could try his bike out and tyler said yes. the guy started doing trackstands and circles then all of a sudden he booked it. tyler tried to catch the guy on his frends bike but the guy was out of sight.
i dont want to be a dick but tyler had it coming, i mean tyler steals so much shit. i guess this is his payback.

id advise you to go to every store in the lab and ask them if you can look at security camera film that might show the guys face and give that to the police and post his face up EVERYWHERE. if he bought something there too, he could of used a card which has his info. also, most intersections have traffic cams, you might be able to get video of this guy from that by contacting police. and if he gets caught thats grand theft which is jail time. i caught the twat who stole my bike and hes behind bars and has been since xmas. hopefully youre as good of a detective as i was. good luck.
ps- if he knew about bikes and how to ride one hes most likely on one of these boards.
